Terms of Service
Welcome to Mr Wellington. By using our website (mrwellington.com.au) or making a reservation with us, you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or our services.
About us
Mr Wellington is a restaurant operating in Perth, Western Australia. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean the business operating Mr Wellington.
Reservations
- Reservations made through Quandoo are governed by Quandoo’s terms in addition to these terms
- The Beef Wellington requires a minimum 48 hours’ notice and is confirmed on a case-by-case basis
- Large bookings (8+ guests) may require a deposit or pre-set menu
- We hold tables for 15 minutes past the booking time. After that the table may be released to walk-ins
- Cancellations are free when made at least 24 hours in advance via Quandoo or by phone
Pricing & payment
Menu prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices may change without notice — the printed menu in the restaurant is authoritative on the night. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and EFTPOS. A surcharge may apply on public holidays.
BYO wine
BYO wine is welcome with a $10 corkage charge per 750ml bottle. We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol, and to decline bottles inconsistent with responsible service of alcohol legislation.
Allergies & dietary requirements
Please advise of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking and again on arrival. While we do everything reasonable to accommodate, our kitchen handles a range of allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, eggs) and cannot guarantee any dish is 100% free of trace cross-contact.
Responsible service
We comply with Western Australian liquor licensing laws. We may refuse service of alcohol to any patron showing signs of intoxication, and to anyone unable to provide valid ID where required.
Use of the website
- The site is provided “as is” — we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability
- You agree not to misuse the site (no scraping, automated bookings, or attempts to disrupt service)
- All content on the site (photography, copy, branding) is owned by or licensed to Mr Wellington and is protected by copyright. Don’t copy or republish without written permission.
Photography in the restaurant
We may take photos and short videos of the dining room for marketing purposes. We respect privacy — let your server know if you’d prefer not to be photographed. If you appear in published material and would like it removed, email info@mrwellington.com.au.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or our services is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount paid. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the current version.
